Our bars contain a unique mix of super foods yet are an indulgent snack that will excite taste buds!

Each bar is handmade with ethically sourced ingredients:

Dates – Considered nature’s candy, dates contain several Vitamins and Minerals, in addition to fiber and antioxidants

Cassava Flour – Naturally “gluten free”, Cassava is a good source of Minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, manganese, iron and potassium. Cassava also contains high amounts of dietary Fiber.

Pumpkin Seeds – These seeds may be small but they’re packed full of nutrients, a small amount can provide you with a substantial quantity of healthy fats, magnesium and zinc.

Coconut – A highly nutritious food rich in Fiber, Vitamins C, E, B1, B3, B5 and B6 and Minerals including iron, selenium, calcium and magnesium Cacao – source of antioxidants and magnesium, also the highest plant-based source of Iron!

Almonds – Full of healthy fats, fiber, protein, magnesium and vitamin E.

Moringa – power packed with essential nutrients this SUPER GREEN is difficult to beat, more nutritious than Kale this is the King of greens containing a host of Vitamins and Minerals including: Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Protein, Riboflavin (B2), Iron and Magnesium!

Dark Chocolate chips – one of the best sources of antioxidants!
